What HAVRE does
HAVRE is a creator and talent partnership agency. This website is informational: it describes what we do and lets brands, creators, athletes and public figures start a conversation with us. Submitting the Start a Conversation form is an inquiry, not a binding agreement. The terms of any actual engagement, campaign or partnership are set out separately, in writing, once we’ve agreed to work together.
Using this site
You agree to use this site lawfully and not to: misrepresent who you are or who you represent when submitting an inquiry; attempt to scrape, copy or republish its content at scale; or attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorized access to it. We may block access from anyone who does.
Intellectual property
The HAVRE name, branding, and the content, design and code of this site belong to HAVRE and are protected under applicable intellectual property law. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use them, beyond viewing the site itself.
No warranty
This site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is complete or current at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, HAVRE is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
