This policy explains what information HAVRE collects through this website, how it’s used, and the choices you have. It applies to havre.in and covers visitors from any region, including the EU, UK, MENA and elsewhere.
Information we collect
The only personal information this site collects is what you choose to submit through the Start a Conversation form: your name, email address, whether you’re representing a brand or talent, a description of what you’re looking to do, and optionally a budget range and how you heard about HAVRE. We don’t require an account, and we don’t collect payment information on this site.
How we use it
Information submitted through the form is used only to review and respond to your inquiry. It is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. If your inquiry leads to a working relationship, any further use of your information will be covered by the terms of that engagement.
Who can see it
Inquiry details are seen only by the HAVRE team members who review and respond to conversations. Where you’ve given a valid email address, your message may be delivered to us via a transactional email provider (Resend) solely to get it into our inbox. That provider does not use your information for any purpose of its own.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as it’s relevant to a potential or ongoing working relationship, and delete it when it’s no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your information at any time. See Contact below.
Your rights
Depending on where you’re located, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the information you’ve submitted to us, or to object to how it’s used. To exercise any of these rights, email us and we’ll respond promptly.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information submitted to us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we don’t retain more than we need, and we don’t store payment or financial details on this site.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we’ll update the date above. Continued use of this site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
